I have been using Shampoo and Conditioner bar soaps due to allergies to many chemicals and other ingredients since I’m histamine intolerance/mass cell activation syndrome I have to be very careful with products that cause irritation and have ingredients that are inflammatory. So far, it has helped no itching or reactions to these products. I would recommend if you’re not allergic to any of the ingredients.

I was EXTREMELY hesitant to purchase the shampoo bar because I’ve had less than stellar experiences with shampoo bars in the past.
