How to use

    Instant staple in our household!

    The Magnesium cream was the first RCO product I ever used, and it got me hooked. The combination of oils they use in this cream creates the most dreamy scent. I would wear it just for that! I love using it on my knees, shoulders and belly before bed to help with joint pain and indigestion. It instantly relaxes me, and feels so soothing!     BEST MUSCLE PAIN RELIEF!!

    I was having pain in my leg muscles. having spasms when I set to still too long or after sleeping. I rubber the muscle, boy did it REALY help!!
