Off-label use to the lower abdomen produced fast and effective evacuation with minimal discomfort. Game changer! I used the pack for about 1 hour to my lower abdomen. After I removed the pack, I immediately had a nice hot soak in the tub with my favorite bath powder, Calm. Within one hour of pack removal, I had great results. No diarrhea, just a great one and done.
I also use my pack over my liver to ensure maximum detox benefits. Start slow and incrementally add time of contact. Too long at first can make you feel sluggish and woozy. I was excited to try this. Make sure you look at the picture of how long the wrap is before you buy. I couldn’t see the picture that shows it and it doesn’t fit. Super bummed about that.
