How to use

    I really like this product

    I actually bought this for my daughter. I youngest was having horrible nightmares for some time. And I heard that magnesium could help that. I looked at the gel and loved the other ingredients in it as well. For a week of using, she did not have any nightmares…. She would then ask me to put the magnesium on her little feet at night.

    All the benefits
