How to use

    Works amazing

    I love this for aches and pains in hard to reach spaces and for a quick fix when I am in a rush. I do have the cream as well and equally love it. It works better for my legs and such as it doesn't drip and seems to stay more in place. However the spray you can rub in and achieve the same results with no greasy hands. I love them both and they work well.

    Favorite product!

    I use the magnesium spray for pretty much everything. I spray it on my kids feet at night before bed. I spray it on my back for pain relief. I spray it on my kids when they have growing pains. I spray it on pretty much anything that I think needs something but I'm not sure what to use lol it's my go to fix all! Definitely a must have!
