    Very Calming!

    My whole family uses this and it works great! I love the calming effect. We use it before bed and it seems to help all of us get a better nights sleep. We also use several other RC products but we definitely noticed a difference when using this. It has become a staple in our home. My teens like to put it at the base of their necks, while my husband and I prefer it behind the ears.
