My husband and I use this every night. We noticed when using it that we get better sleep. We’ve used when we get muscle spasms and it works wonders. I like to use it on my underarms after showering and before I apply lymphatic cream, I also like to apply whatever is left from that on my elbows. I love that it dissolves easily into the skin and doesn’t leave any type of residue. This is a staple in our home and since learning that lack of Magnesium causes so many common symptoms that we often brush off as a result of “ getting older” I feel this has helped many of mine and my husband as well. We will never go without this product.

Ive tried several topical magnesiums and this one by far takes the cake. I love the gel and how it goes on vs the sprays or even some of the other lotions and creams. It doesn't leave me feeling salty or just weird. But thats just the half of it, the other half is because it WORKS, it works well. I but it on my belly before bed and I sleep great. My teens enjoy this one as well.
