    Must be consistent.

    I didn’t think I was having any luck with this but I stayed with it and used it every night before bed hoping it would help with my aches and pains. I am convinced there is some relief , but I had to stay consistent. The taste isn’t my favorite but it’s definitely worth it for the relief .

    Unexpected Benefits for HS (Hydradenitis Suppurativa)

    I originally bought this to help with back pain, but since I started taking it daily, I've noticed a reduction in the HS flare-ups I get.
