How to use

    Must have during pregnancy

    This cream on my feet and calves has been a life saver with helping minimize and prevent cramps in the middle of the night. Also works great in helping my achy hips feel better. I am a physical therapist and recommend it to my patients who also have aches and pains!

    My sleep has definitely improved

    I rub into the soles of my feet at night. Ive been sleeping better without as many middle of the night wake ups as before. If I wake up, I fall back asleep quickly, which I didn’t do before. 5 star recommend!
