I usually don’t buy oregano but heard it’s good for preventing and helping sickness. I rubbed some on the bottom of my feet with soothe skin lotion. I did feel good the next day so I think it worked for what I bought it for :)

I have been trying to do more home remedies when me and my family get sick. I use this oil on the bottom of our feet with a little coconut oil as a carrier when we are sick. I absolutely feel like it shortened our sick time.

Okay, after watching the video RC posted on IG about the kid who tested a petri dish of bacteria against a common antibiotic and another with Oregano - I was mind blown! I immediately bought a bottle from RC and when I woke up feeling congested over the weekend started putting it on the bottoms of my feet before bed and every morning. Within 3 days the congestion had dissipated! I am a HUGE fan! This is now a staple in our home! :)
