    Use daily

    I use this daily as per the directions. I have hypothyroidism and I have not felt any difference since taking and my bloodwork has stayed the same. I was hoping that would help reduce the amount of my prescription. I will continue to apply and hope that it will prevent my medication from increasing.

    On the days I remember to use it I have more energy and I'm sleeping better at night. I have it in my bathroom where I can see it so I'm trying to make it a routine. I use it in the morning. It says you can use it 2 times a day so that will be the next step. I love the smell!
