    Like it!

    My bloodwork was indicating that I was not converting T4 to T3 well. I began to use Thyroid & Adrenal Support as well as making diet changes. I take levothyroxine but PCP was wanting to change to Armour Thyroid. Using this T&A Support and the diet changes make that change unnecessary based on latest blood labs.

    An absolute necessity

    I had half my thyroid removed in 2023 and ever since, my metabolism and energy have slumped. I decided to give this a try because what could it hurt? I started using it twice a day and I immediately felt more energized. I managed to get through my day without feeling tired or sluggish. Using it at night, however, doesn't work for me - I feel like it's keeping me awake. Definitely once in the morning and maybe a second time in the afternoon is all you need!
