I bought this and the t-balance, progesterone balance, and the thyroid/adrenal support. I give it 4 stars only because I'm in just the first month of taking these. That said, I feel good, not great, not bad, just good, which is wonderful. But what I can specifically attribute it to, not exactly sure. I will say my energy has been better and my skin has been better, and my sleep has been deeper and not broken. But I'm not able to pinpoint which product exactly I should pat on the back. They all smell wonderful and absorb quickly, and have caused no sensitivity reactions. Thumbs up and worth the purchase, I don't want to stop cause who in their right mind would want to feel like I did before?! lol
