How to use

Place dropper bottle in bowl of hot water until oil feels warm to the touch. Tilt head to the side and place 1-2 drops of warmed oil inside the ear canal. (Do not insert the dropper inside the ear.) Next, apply 3-4 drops around the base of the ear and massage all around. Gently pull the ear out, up and down, to encourage drainage. Apply every hour as needed.

    Bonus use - chest congestion !!

    Honestly haven’t had to use this in the EAR yet but as a “secret menu / bonus useage” I have used both topically and orally for chest congestion. Improved my cough and my daughter’s cough in just two days of applying and taking morning and night! Amazing product!!
