How to use

    Sleep trouble?

    I haven’t slept well my entire life. Have tried other magnesium sprays, creams, pills and gels. I pray I never have to be without my magnesium cream from Rowe Casa. I rub it on the bottoms of my feet and barely get through a chapter in a book before I am out. Fall asleep easier and stay asleep all night!

    I now have my mom and aunt hooked on it.

    I have been using the cream for a few months now and love it! I can always tell a difference in my sleep when I don’t use it! I also use it when my muscles are sore from running, and it’s helped so much!!!
