I have a bad knee that has been operated on years ago. It will flare up from time to time. I painted a room and was up and down a ladder. That evening I was hobbling from pain. Love this product! It’s so easy to use, rubs into the skin easily, and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. I liked the gel magnesium product but this spray is even better if you’re looking for a lighter feel.

I’ve been using this Magnesium spray for a month now and I can definitely tell it’s working. I had a big event to put on at work, usually the week of I’d be stressed& anxious waking up in the middle of the night worrying. I didn’t wake up once in the middle of the night the week of. This has worked amazing for me I have not had a cramp or restless leg issues since I started using this. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star review is I do not care for the scent nor the stickiness that it leaves otherwise it's amazing!
