How to use

    Love it!

    I use this for myself and for my daughters. The first night I used it, I ended up sleeping through the night. On the nights I have to wake up with my youngest, I'm able to fall back asleep faster than I would be before. It would take me a bit because I would start overthinking and would stay up for an hour or more sometimes. Falling asleep doesn't take me as long either. Will forever have this on hand and it lasts a very long time! 🙌🏻
