Description

Very calming and grounding, especially in times of high stress and anxiety. Approximately 30 servings per bag.

TASTE TIP: Add a small amount of your favorite all-natural sweetener to enhance the taste of your tea.
How to use

Fill your infuser or tea bag with 1-2 tsp of tea leaves and place in a cup. Add 8oz of nearly boiling water over the leaves and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

    It does what it says

    This tea is lovely, and it does calm me down. I use 1 tsp and add a little honey for sweetness after steeping for 5 minutes. I feel more relaxed after drinking it, so I believe it's helping. I'll definitely get more!
