    If you told me I could only buy one Rowe Casa product the rest of my life, this would be my pick. I used to have migraines several times a month. I've had 1 in the last 2 years since rubbing this on the base of my neck every night. Don't sleep on this product!!!

    Oh my goodness! I was taking potassium and magnesium supplements and still getting horrific leg cramps .. they were awful !! I stopped the supplements and only use the magnesium gel and wowza .. amazing relief! Magnesium Gel is a must have product for me !!

    WOW!

    The few times I've put it on my feet before bed I had the BEST sleep!!! I don't love the tackiness of it though so I have to wash my hands after and then I'm hobbling back to bed so I don't get it all over the place since it's on my feet. But other than that, it's great!
