I would definitely recommend Deep Sleep Support. I usually sleep fitfully and wake up several times a night. Since starting the roller, I only wake up one time a night and am able to fall right back to sleep. I just ordered another roller so I don’t run out.

I have never had trouble sleeping until my second pregnancy and it took over a year after the birth to get back to my "normal".
