Was skeptical that a dry powder would really make my head and hair look or feel clean. Gray, Silver and White aging hair tends to be super dry and frizzed, and dry shampoos usually just add a "greasy" coating to the roots, making matters worse. This dry shampoo can be applied only to the roots, works in well, and looks great, without having to brush it all back out to have it clean (brushing frizzy hair is like rubbing a balloon on your head - the static can become amazing.) My hair smells nice, looks good, and my head isn't itchy at all. Only recommendation: I applied with a large, fluffy, new makeup brush rather than trying to shake or spinkle onto my scalp - this gave way more control to where it was placed and how much went on.
