I use it all over actually..under arms for detoxify, behind the knees for restless legs, on my face for stuffiness and it drains water weight..under ears and on throat..etc....I had a sore place under one arm that was sore to touch so I lathered it up with lymphatic cream and the next morning the soreness was completely gone.. This has helped me so much with my swollen legs and ankles. I Love the creamy texture. I also use it on my face and mix it with the RC tinted sunshield. Gives my face a subtle glow. I’ve also used the lymphatic cream when I get neck massages. Super relaxing and recommend everyone try it. You won’t be disappointed.

My daughter shared some of this cream with me and it has made such a difference in my sinuses. My cold heal more quickly and don’t turn into a sinus infection. I had to share with my whole family. Such a wonderful product. I use it every day. And the smell is wonderful.
