i've been using this product on my face for a long time now every night before bed, and it really helps reduce puffiness and drain my sinuses. occasionally i forget to put it on, and the next morning i can definitely tell the difference. i just placed an order for the lymphatic lotion, which i have not tried yet but am very excited to!

I use this every day. Aches, pains, swelling and inflammation After work. It helps with all of it. It helps with drainage when I had an ear infection. It has helped me sleep. However, if I use it before work to help not ache so much, I do tend to swear. ALOT, but to me it makes me feel like I just did a workout bc of the movement I be doing. This with the magnesium cream and muscle and joint creams are a go to daily for me. I keep them stocked as best as I can.

This cream is so useful. It reduces puffiness around my eyes, and helps move drainage in my face and head when dealing with sinus and allergy issues. I don’t recommend putting it near acne prone areas though. My cystic acne got worse when I started using it all over my face. I deal with restless, achey legs, and just started using it on my legs to help alleviate those issues. I’ll keep you posted on that one.
