How to use

    Great product

    Very pleased with this product, it is super easy to apply and doesn’t leave a greasy mess afterwards. A huge notice with using the product at bed time made a difference in my sleep! Love this product! Love it so much I recommended it to a friend and she swears by it for leg cramps and sleep!

    Gestational Diabetes

    I’m pregnant and diagnosed with GD, using magnesium cream has drastically improved my fasting numbers. Even my fetal medicine doctor was impressed with the difference! It also helps keep me sleeping at night! If you are diabetic and struggling with your fasting glucose number I highly recommend adding this to your nightly routine! I would recommend this for pregnancy, gestational diabetic pregnancies, and even just daily use (non pregnant). I can’t rave about this enough helping me stay diet controlled on this journey!
