How to use

    My sleep has definitely improved

    I rub into the soles of my feet at night. Ive been sleeping better without as many middle of the night wake ups as before. If I wake up, I fall back asleep quickly, which I didn’t do before. 5 star recommend!

    Everyone Should Try This

    I bought this because everyone takes magnesium these days to sleep. I don’t like pills. I saw this online and I wondered how a topical cream would work and if it’d work faster than a pill. I bought one for myself and 2 for Christmas gifts. Wow was I surprised and I swear by this now! I use a little every night and apply to my feet. I sleep like a baby. Some nights I have trouble falling asleep but it’s the staying asleep I sometimes have trouble with due to being a dog owner. This cream I think is the magic I’ve been waiting for. I’ve been using for over a week now and willing to try to many more organic items from Rowe because of it. Terrific product!
