How to use

    love this!

    works great for aches / pains. even my dad loves it! plan to get him a jar for his bday. originally got it to help my active kiddo sleep, notice a big different when we apply it to her feet at night vs when we don't. if you wear to bed recommend putting socks on & a little bit goes a long way. also have been using this + the lymphatic lotion as a natural DO.
