Doesn’t seem to work for me and it has a very strong smell

I have nerve damage in my right leg, which leads to a burning sensation in my lower right leg. If I don't control the burning sensation it will lead to swelling and heat of my foot and travel up my leg, which then causes muscle cramps and tightness throughout my whole leg. I am on many prescription medications to help manage the symptoms, but over the years I've sought less pharmaceutical and more natural options. I tried this in hopes to help with the burning pain and unlike the many other natural pain remedies that I have tried before (cbd, alpha lipoic acid, magnesium..) this actually worked well enough to curve the burning sensation so the symptoms don't progress and worsen.
