    inflamation

    I've been using this for inflammation and have noticed some swelling in my fingers going down. I don't like to take tylenol or ibuprofen so I'm replacing those with this.

    Great alternative

    I bought this to avoid using Tylenol or ibuprofen. I assumed it would be less effective, but it does really help. I give the childrenā€™s version to my littles and use the adult version. If itā€™s for pain, the Relief and the magnesium cream are a nice combo.
