Just as the name says, works great for BOTH sinus congestion issues AND headaches!!! If I feel a tension headache coming on, I’ll roll this and feel relief within minutes. I reapply often.

This has a nice relaxing scent. When I start to get a headache, I’ll put this on and rub a little of the magnesium cream on the back of my neck and very often it prevents my headache from getting worse and helps it ease away.
