I use this on my feet & hands before bedtime. It really helps soothe my incredibly dry feeling feet. I like to layer it sometimes with the nerve, magnesium, and muscle creams as well. I prefer the cream over the lotion because it and seems to give better relief throughout the night without my feet being slick in the morning!

This cream is amazing!!!! I started using it after Christmas and fell in love. The results beat my expectations! My hands literally felt like sandpaper. I used this multiple times a day for about 10 days, then mainly just at night before bed and they are soft and smooth to the touch. The winter is rough on my skin but this cream has changed all of that for me. The scent is a little strong but I do love it! Thank you for creating natural , clean products!!
